SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday only.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Once your order ships, we will update it with the tracking number.

  • Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99.
  • We currently deliver to all states and regions within the United States.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock after you place an order:

  • You will be notified by email
  • You may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in the United States.
  • Please select from our available online payment methods at checkout.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us immediately at: info@flairperfumes.com 

To assist you quickly, include:

  • Photos of damaged item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of shipping label
  • Your order number

We will replace the item or resolve the issue as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Flair Cosmetic & Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incomplete shipping address
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@flairperfumes.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.

RETURN PACKAGES (Undeliverable / Wrong Address / Unclaimed)

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Unclaimed package at pickup location

You may choose:

1) Reship the order

  • A new shipping fee will apply.

2) Cancel & refund

  • We will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee, once the package returns to us.
