Refund & Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States only.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms listed below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
· You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items.
· Items must be unused, un-opened, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
· Pre-authorization required – items sent back without contact will be refused.
· Hygiene & safety rule: Opened perfumes, cosmetics, oils, diffusers cannot be returned unless defective or wrong.
· If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
Email us at info@flairperfumes.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
If approved, we will issue you a return shipping label and specific instructions. Until the return shipment is scanned by the carrier, you are responsible for the package. Keep your drop-off receipt.
DAMAGES & ISSUES (ON DELIVERY)
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
- Contact us at info@flairperfumes.com immediately.
- Include clear photos showing the item, the inner & outer packaging, and the shipping label.

We will work with the carrier and arrange appropriate resolution: replacement, refund or credit.
EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened perfumes or personal-care items (for hygiene/safety)
- Customs or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us first.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange: request a return, and once it’s approved and scanned by the carrier, place a new order for the replacement item. Inventory cannot be guaranteed.
REFUND
We’ll notify you by email when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days (though your bank/issuer may take additional time).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (incorrect/damaged item).
SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY
- Use only the return label we provide. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Until the carrier scans your return parcel, you are responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

For any international orders (if applicable): duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable. Only merchandise cost will be refunded (unless our error).
